Wondering if anyone has a suggestion for tracking commission that will allow for two scenarios:
A - service sold is a flat rate, and sales person is paid a percentage of the total amount ($2 = 20% of $10 sale)
B - service sold is a variable rate, quoted by salesperson for each customer, and salesperson is paid on the profit only ($2 = 20% of $10 profit off $23 sale)
Currently we manage this in Excel, but we're growing, and I don't want to have to hire a person just to calculate commissions.
