i will install module in the command line

/odoo/odoo-server/odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo-server.conf -d myDB -u crm,website

or 

/odoo/odoo-server/odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo-server.conf -d myDB -i crm,website

this command will start odoo, but no install the module

i teste whit root and odoo user

./odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo-server.conf -d testDekoGardina -r root -w odoo -i mrp

do you have a good installation guide for Ubuntu 18.04

This worked,

If you want to install multiple modules in the command line in one time you can just separate the module name by comma, e.g:

./odoo-bin -c debian/odoo.conf -d odoo_test_database -r odoo_postgre_user -w odoo_postgre_user_password -i custom_module1,custom_module2,custom_module3

cd /opt/odoo/
./odoo-bin -d DBNAME -r ROLE -w PASSWORD -u/-i module_name/all 
if peer authentication error appears, do as a postgres user. 
sudo su postgres
