I am using odoo 11 comunity and i am tring to close fiscal year in 2018 and i read the document here :
I did everything here but after that i get the follwing :
1. As per your System Once we try to get trail balance for 2019 ( From 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2019 ) We got All Balances zero for all account , this wrong we must have balances for balance sheet accounts
2. If we don’t choose first date we will get balances for balance sheet & cost but this balance effect with 2018 which effected by debit & credit for 2018 & 2019 which not acceptable for auditing & Analysis for Cost
What should i do to get the balances of banks in trial balance when i chose the date from 1-1-2019 to 31-12-2019
