Hello, I need to make a new module using Odoo 13 EE Gantt view. Is it possible to get Odoo 13 EE source code for free/cheap only for development purposes? Or maybe it is possible to get only Odoo 13 EE Gantt view?
The cheapest way I found is to buy 1 app for 1 user, which costs 192 euro.
I'm also thinking about becoming learning partner.
Does learning partner get access to source code of Odoo 13 EE and all modules?

It is not possible to get the Odoo enterprise code for free and it would in fact be illegal. You basically have two options: buying an enterprise license from Odoo or becoming an official partner.If you'd like to become a learning partner it would cost you 590€ (at least in Belgium). See https://www.odoo.com/become-a-partner/pricing
When you are a partner you have access to the full enterprise code and all modules so that you can use them for developing your own features. You'll also get a subscription code which you can use for test instances and you can renew those every 30 days, meaning you can use your own test databases as long as you'd like.

I also didn't know, that price for learning partner depends on the region. For Poland also is 490 euro. Is 490 euro for the cheapest regions or there are some cheaper regions?
There are most likely cheaper regions (such as Africa or Mexico) but don't try to fake this by going onto an IP from another country and buying it cheaper. If they find out you'll get sanctioned and/or removed from the partnership. The same happens with customers who do this with enterprise licenses. Its frowned upon ;)
Thanks for answer. I don't want to cheat. Odoo developers did great job and I respect that. Moreover, difference in price by regions isn't big.
Also, I didn't mean to download some illegal copies of source code. Just a lot of software have some cheaper versions (ie. students/academic). Of course, I know that there is CE, but EE has some great features.
