In odoo, it is possible to change the position of the chatter, but if you change the position it will affect all modules. If you want to change the position you can customize a new module or you can use the third-party apps that are available in the odoo apps store.

Yes. Odoo provides a user preference for the Chatter position.

Go to Settings → Preferences (or My Profile → Preferences, depending on your version) and change the Chatter Position from Sided to Bottom. This moves the Chatter below the form view instead of displaying it on the right.

If you don't see this option, it may depend on your Odoo version or edition. In older versions, changing the Chatter position may require a custom module or custom JavaScript.
