For some reason in Odoo 17 it says
File /personal_addon/static/src/lib/Chart.js does not exist. however I clearly have it in my module and the path is personal_addon/static/src/lib/Chart.js how to fix this

Try to load the lib folder inside the js folder and make sure that the path in the manifest is as follows

Hello that is exactly how I load the Chart.js except that it is not inside js/lib but /lib then the Chart.js
