How to change the outgoing email signature from:

As-Is Default

Simply from odoo dashboard/Main screen follow the steps:

Click on the right top profile menu > My Profile > You will see an email Signature inside the "Preferences" Tab see the screenshot attached.

This step adds a second signature above the default signature.
