Please, how to change the header on a bill (Odoo v10). I want to add information after the address. Which file should I modify?

Goto "Company Settings/Report Configuration/External Headers" for example. Otherwise look up the invoice report in "Settings/Technical Settings/Reports" (or similar, you'll find it...)
