I am building a custom App using odoo. How can I change look and feel (background, border, etc) of a module or app I install? I am not talking about public facing website here. Say I install a module for "Project management" how can I change menu, table, grid view, page background of that specific module.
Any guidance or help is appreciated.

There are a lot of themes available in the odoo app store, which will change the UI of odoo. Better you can have a look at those.
