Hi, I need to change footer text in follow up reports - both email and print version (version 15).

Data contained in it is coming from Company details - phone, email and website URL. I wasn't able to find file where it can be changed to something else. Only file I found is in Reports > Print > Follow-up Letter > Views and there is no footer info in it. How can this be changed - I need fixed text here not the Phone, email and website URL.

This is changing the footer on printed report, I need to change it for email aswell

Hey Matija,
then you can change this here:
1. Settings > Technical > Views
2. search for "mail_notification_light" view
3. down in the architecture, you will see the FOOTER section
Remember this will have impact on all emails.
(I couldn't attach a screenshot in a comment, but you will find it)

Hi Matija.

Like all report in odoo the follow up use web.external_layout that contain footer and header you can inherit it and modify the footer as you want
Technical ==> Views search for external_layout_standard

As I mentioned - I know this data is pulled from company details but I would like to write here something completely else. I was searching in Technical > Views through all kind of files but was not able to find it.

If you want to change the footer of the mail you need to search for email template and in the text you can change the footer Technical ==> E-mails : ==> email-template
