I am looking for a way to put discounts in odoo web, I need to make a discount by means of payment: cash or bank transfer.
I found an article (Offer cash discounts) but it only allows the discount on invoices.

To make it clearer: I have to create a promotional program on the Web with means of payment, for purchases over $15,000, there will be a 5% discount, but only for payments in cash and bank transfer.
