Odoo doesn't have a built-in function specifically designed for disassembling a product and selling the parts. However, you can customize a new module to achieve your need.

You can use un build option in the manufacturing module with limited functionality
This method works if you have the Manufacturing module installed in your Odoo instance. Here's how it works:

Bill of Materials (BOM): You'll need to define a Bill of Materials (BOM) for the product you want to disassemble. A BOM lists all the components that make up the final product.Manufacturing -> Products -> Bill of material

Unbuild Order: With the BOM defined, you can create an "Unbuild Order" under the Operations menu within the Manufacturing app. This order essentially reverses the manufacturing process, "consuming" the assembled product and "producing" the individual components based on the BOM.

Selling Parts: Once disassembled through the Unbuild Order, the individual components will be reflected in your inventory. You can then proceed with creating sales orders and invoices to sell these components. Check the product moves smart button to see the inventory moves

*It doesn't account for potential disassembly costs or variations in component conditions after disassembly.
