when I'm trying to close the session, I'm faced the error message :
"odoo an error has occurred when trying to close the session.
you will be rediredted to the back-end to manually close the session"
how to solve the problem?

Hi,
It seems you selected the bank payment method, which triggered the warning. Once you receive the warning, click "OK," and it will redirect you to the Point of Sale backend kanban view, where you can manually close the session.
