Dear all,

we are testing OODO for our company, and we need a simple automatic task to be done but we can't manage to get Oodo to do it: once we move a task in the Project section to the "QA" stage, we need Oodo to send an email to the QA department.

We searched tutorials and the advice is to use studio, but still we can't get Oodo to do it, perhaps are we entering the filters wrongly?
this is what we are using (I am translating, because our fields are in spanish):

Model: "Project"

Trigger: When updating
Activating fields: "Stage (Project)"
Before updating the domain: we left it as it was (2 registers)
Apply at: Task Stages>Name>Contain: QA

Action: create a new activity
activity: Email

Type of user activity: specific user
responsible: Pepe Perez (the supposed receiver of the email)

could you please let us know if we are missing something?

thank you!

Hello,

1. get your stage id from project -> configuration -> task stages -> select Q/A stage -> copy id from url link

2. create automated action

Note: in my case the ID of the QA stage was =42 , in your case it will be different

Hope this will help.
