we cannot print PDFs, only download them

we are on a .sh version 13

When people attach files to the communication window side of, for instance a quotation, and they start sharing files in that chat/colaboration place, if they are PDFs the print button does not appear, and we have to download the whole file, to be able to print it

If the file is JPG then yes, it has the printing button underneath the preview screen from odoo

Anyone has a solution or a way around to solve this ?
