Can we use the Accounting app in Odoo 10 CE for Odoo 11 CE?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to run the Accounting app in Odoo 10 CE for Odoo 11CE, but I have not seen any problems. Maybe I have not tested all the error cases.

Looking forward to the sharing of professionals and people who love odoo.

Hello,

There is no problem for running the V10 module in v11 if there is no error on installing it. But i don't understand why are you trying to do so. As the whole accounting features of v10 is available in v11 too.

I think you may have noticed that many of the accounting features are missing from v11.

To activate the full accounting features,

* Activate the developer mode

* Open users from view, Settings -> Users & Companies -> User, then tick the Show Full Accounting Features option

I have some other questions for you to help.

According to the article at the link below, Accounting is only available in Odoo 11 EE:

I installed the Accounting app because I do not see in the Invoicing app some of the following functions:

1. No Dashboard

2. No Analytic Accounting and Financial Reports menus

You have to tick the show full accounting features option in the users form view after activating the developer mode. Then you will get the dashboard and the financial reports.
