I have a client who has 3 stores, every store has his own stock, but he want to do transfert between stores if needs, can this process be made just by using odoo POS module CE or i need to buy other module to do that.

By default, in the POS, it's not possible to do the internal transfer until you use some custom modules. Some of the modules which we can find in the store are listed below.

Or else you can do the internal transfer using the Inventory Module.
Also, remember that you have to keep a separate operation type for each store in the POS settings.
The Inventory app is automatically installed when you install the POS app, in settings of the Inventory app you can activate "Multi step routes" and "Storage Locations", which gives you almost unlimited possibilities to configure product flows, more info
The invoice app will also be installed automatically with the POS app, then install also the purchase and sales app and manage all supply chain!

At the moment you can't do it from POS module and you need inventory app for that purpose.
