I tried many configurations in access list control but still getting the same message.

It could be possible you are trying to update(validate) the invoice which has been created by user which belongs to different company. and the User, from which you are trying to validate does not have the access (Does not allowed) to that company.

Please provide more detail in question, like what is access permission given to a user, who is trying to validate invoice.
