I did a conventional (trough Odoo Oficcial web site) data base migration from Odoo enterprise 13 to Odoo enterprise 14. When I try to see images that I already uploaded before ( before migration ), can't see them nor download them. For example, in Odoo 13 I uploaded an image to a particular task in the Project module and now ( in Odoo 14) I can't see it.
I also went to Settings/Attachtments and all of the images were the same.
Any guess how to solve this?

That is not your problem.I faced same problem in migration from v12 to v14 .Because the database backup is not filestore. So, you can't see any attachment file and all will be empty. Or contact to odoo for this issues. They will solve for you.
