Hello,

I just started a trial for an online odoo v12. I created a database using the wizard and set up Google OAuth.

When i go to "My Odoo account" then  "My databases", a message is displayed :

"There is no database linked to your account at the moment."

Is this normal? Shouldn't I see the database I just created?

Now I am afraid to lose all my work.

Can someone help me?

I activate the DB, so this is not an activation issue

Yes but I think the account got messed up when I connected using Google OAuth.

Is there a way to reset it / recreate a db admin account?

I think your issue related to Google OAuth

I never used Google OAuth before

Did you try to login directly into Odd from http://www.odoo.com/web/login and access using your Odoo account.

Or if you are remember your domain you can access DB https://YourDomain.odoo.com

Yes I tried that, I can access the DB without problem, and I can login into http://www.odoo.com/web/login without problem.

Only problem is When i go to "My Odoo account" then "My databases", a message is displayed :

"There is no database linked to your account at the moment."

And I can't access the databases

I have configured Google OAuth in My DB and it's working without issues So that maybe your not activated your DB so it will expire in 4 hours and even if you activated it it will expire in 15 days. How many days since you created you DB?

Hey, did you find a solution for this problem? I am experiencing the same issue since yesterday.

The URLs to my databases are working perfectly, but the databases are showing up under 'my databases'. For me, this also happened short after I configured Google Oauth.

Online trail DB expired in 4 hours if you not activated it from email sent to you, even if you activated it it will expire in 15 days.
