Hello,

I'm using odoo ver.12,

Some days ago, I installed MS Office in my server, and then maybe it cause the bug make me can not login with super user. I have uninstalled MS Office but only users which are not super user can login/manipluate password, the super user still can not be logged in or manipulate password in "res_users" table.

I tried to manipulate password in res_user in postgre db, but it does not help. It only takes effect with non-super users.

Hi,

The superuser named Odoo Bot is set as active=False by default. If you want to switch the user to superuser, you can activate the developer mode and click the lady debugger button and click the Become Superuser option.

Thanks

if you switch to the superuser from the admin , you will get the access rights of the super user

Hi Cybrosys, how do you revert the super user access right for an admin ?
