Hello there,

Regularly, I duplicate my company's production database to conduct some tests, and in order to activate it, I used to be able to simply receive an email, click on the link, then proceed with testing for a couple weeks.

Well, recently (2 days ago on the 5th of January 2022 if I'm not mistaken), I couldn't proceed as usual. Instead, I was met with a modal stating that I need to contact an administrator to activate my database. The message reads as follows: "Your database expires in 4 hours! To keep your database running, ask an administrator to activate the database."

The thing is, our administrator is one that has other things to do than to manually accept a bunch of database creation demands. It makes it virtually impossible for my team and I to conduct any testing. We're making do for the time being, but it is not sustainable...

Is there any way to revert back to the old, easier way of activating ?
