First, upload your Terms and Conditions PDF into the Sign App and drag the fillable fields based on your specific needs:
Click SHARE to get the URL of the document (and keep it handy for when you edit the relevant page on the website)
Next, visit the Checkout Page on the website and enable the Extra Step Option:
Then, edit the title to make it meaningful:
It will look like this once you have also edited the Extra Step page, and paste in the URL from the document you want to be signed:
When the hyperlink is clicked, visitors will be directed to fill out the document:
And once they are done, they see this:
Completed documents are available to you back in the Sign App:
