Currently, I move the cash only after the POS is closed. However, I'm thinking of taking out money from POS maybe twice or thrice in a day so that the ending balance count would be faster and the amount not so big. I thought of using Cash Out (and stating the reason thereto as "to be deposited to bank"), but I do not know the proper next step. (To illustrate, if I have USD2100 POS Cash, then I cashed out 2000, the ending balance would be 100. I do not know what account I would use then to get the 2000 and move it to the bank account.) I'm also not sure if this is the proper step.

You can move cash to bank, All cashes will be in cash account and you can transfer it from accounting app.
every operation in POS will be in journal entries in accounting tab.
You can edit or reverse your journals: Accounting app-> Accounting tab -> journals -> bank and cash -> you can see your cash out and do whatever you want.
