I need that when an opportunity in the CRM arrives at a state its commercial (user_id) is notified through the icon of the chats and a mail is sent to the mail. The user is configured to be notified via ODOO.

It is also necessary to include a message on the wall of the opportunity. This is normal when changing status and when we add a notification the problem is that it is added in duplicate. If we also send an email, the email will be added to the wall. Can I prevent it from being posted on the opportunity wall?
