I am struggling already the whole day! i would like to change the mpr workflow, so that i can call a external xmlrpc server. (implemented in Java).
Can somebody give me a hint, where i can find how I can solve that.

You may create a method on server that does your desired change. The xmlrpc external call can call this method.
