Hello everyone,

I am new to Odoo and Asterisk and am working on integrating these two systems to enable making calls through Odoo using Asterisk.

I have installed the OCA asterisk_click2dial module along with its associated components. Additionally, I have configured the servers and established a connection successfully.

However, I am encountering an issue in the Contacts app. The call button associated with contact records is not functioning as intended. Currently, the button generates a tel: link (e.g., tel:7002), which either opens the default telephone application or prompts the user to choose an application to handle the tel: protocol. This behavior does not initiate calls through the Asterisk telephony server, which is the desired functionality.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance on how to configure the call button to properly send requests to Asterisk instead of using the tel: protocol.
