Is there a way to display the delivery date on the sales order as a calendar week rather than a date?

It would be nice to change the Date format of the language, but week of the year doesn't seem to be supported directly in the language configuration.
however, the "Week of the Year=%(woy)s" can be used in sequences and reports.
