I have created a business opportunity in CRM module,once I clicked the "Mark Lost"button,the business opportunity become invisible but under the filter of lost,then in kanban view I can still drag the card to another stage,but after refresh the page I couldn't find the business opportunity anywhere,it seems I shouldn't drag the card if it is marked as "lost".How should I fix this problem?

Hello,
You will see "Restore" button at the left top corner of your opportunity form. That is how you can activate it and then change it's progress to appropriate stage. Changing status on the lost opportunity doesn't make sense. If you are on Odoo version before 13.0, then you should see "Restore" button in right side smart buttons.

Hi，using "Restore" button is effective,but changing status on the lost opportunity is not only does it not work,but also delete the opportunity,it seems like a bug in CRM.
Basically when you refresh your screen, it will put you in normal mode where Lost opportunities are not shown. You will have to use "Filters" to be able to see that opportunities again. In my opinion, as soon as you need to rework again, you can restore it and then try to change to any status. Thanks.
But in practice I did't see it neither in "Lost" filter nor normal mode after drag it to another stage while it is marked "lost" under kanban view.I have noticed that statusbar of stages disappeared when it is marked 'Lost',so I think it is not a reasonable operation to drag it to another stage without clicking 'restore' button.
it happens if your stages are configured based on your sales team, and if you refresh your screen then it shows only those stages which has some opportunities into it

Refreshing the page removes the "Lost" filter. If you apply the "Lost" filter again, the Opportunity should re-appear.
