If you need to backup all the accounting files in the DB.It is better to take you DB  back up

If you need to take the dumb file of your DB manually:1) change your web URL to /web/database/managerthen you can see your DB lists, Click on the backup button on the DB which you want to take the backup

If you are looking for database back up, you can use some auto back up modules to take the db backup and to securely store it some where. If you are hosted in odoo sh, you dont need to do anything, as odoo sh automatically provides this service.
