Bounced email tracking no longer appears in Odoo

Question

I originally had the built in Odoo mail server configured to send email marketing. When this was set up, tracking worked fine.
Now that I've switched the outgoing server to the 3rd party Postmark, I can no longer see the % of emails that bounced
Open and clicked % still work fine, but the bounce % only shows up in Postmark. How can I see this in Odoo instead?

I see bounce in postmark but not in odoo aswell....

This could be issue with Postmark - you need to set up it there if it is even possible. Try reach their helpdesk. this is common problem with 3rd party services. opened and clicked works on completely different technology (content of the email), bounced is direct response of recipient email server to outgoing one.
