Hello by default Odoo didn't provide the any such feature in openerp 7.  

For managing promotion like " if customer buy item C then he got D as a bonus item or if customer buy 2 item C then he got 1 item C as a bonus item "
We suggest you once look at the App named Manage Sale Promotions in Odoo for the the general sales operation and Coupon Code in Odoo eCommerce  for the Website sales.  These apps are available in the V10 and V11.

• Set minimum order amount or quantity of items in an order for promotion to be applicable.

• Set usage restrictions by configuring total number of times a coupon can be used and maximum number of times a customer can use a coupon.
