Is there any app around (can't find one but may be searching incorrectly) that  implements a "Board of Directors" and Committee Management system. I don't see that I'm looking for project management as such.

Includes things like ...

• Documents

• Workflows

• Agendas

• Financial reporting

• Management reporting
  

• Multi level access - add/edit/view/email update

• Calendars and reminders (emails and dashboards)
  

Access to these tools is to be kept separate from other users/admins.

Lots of Corporate offerings available, some of which are way over the top with components along with the $$

What I'm seeking may be a compilation of existing apps, don't know.
