Currently in version 11.0 enterprice it is possible to change the prices of the items, I need that they cannot be modified.

why you need to change price of product?
normally any price you put in product level but in PO/SO level you can modify product price any new PO/SO level.
Else you can use pricelist feature and use pricelist while you creating Any SO or PO
Currently we use price lists, but when generating an OS the user can modify the cost of the product.
and this is what we are looking to block (that cannot modify the assigned price).
