Hello all,

I am currently experiencing a blank page after logging in to odoo16. I have odoo and postgres running as docker containers with the latest images. I have two databases. One productive and an older "backup/test" database. The error only occurs with the productive db. For the backup db everything is fine.
I found some recommendations to use "?debug=assets" in order to access in debug mode. This did not help and page is still blank.
I tried with two different devices and browsers. both show same behaviour. Restarting the containers also did not help. Does anyone have additional ideas?

I could not identify, what caused the problem, but I have found a solution that fixed the issue. 

  1. Backup the "faulty" database (the one where the blank screen appears)
  2. Restore the database from that file

When I restored the database, it first looked like it wasn't restored successfully: It was shown in the database list, but with a warning that the database might not be compatible. And Indeed I could not open the database directly after restoring it.

3. I restarted the odoo-container. 

After that the warning about potential non-compatibility was gone and I could open the database. Everything worked fine.
