Do we have billing module that can be configure for water utilities companies: needed functionality:

-product category since prices are different for different product categories even water consumption are the same (e.g. commercial and residential have different pricing model)

-price changes based on the monthly volume of water consumption

-the report will show the previous month end-reading water consumption and current month end-water reading to show the total consumption for the current month.
