You can export a translation .pot file under "Settings/Translations" for the modules required, translate it using POEdit and reimport the translated .po files again.

Perhaps it is nice to request the language on Transifex and translate there? Then all people have it available.
@yenthe I am trying to add bengali language translation for odoo v11 but I can't find any transifex odoo11 language team to join for Bengali (bn) translation.
I have already requested for language in the existing transifex odoo11 project.
