Odoo is installed from the current version as of 11/30/2020. Clean install of windows 10 2005

When printing the "Barcodes (PDF)" the barcodes do not show up.
One image I have imported via odoo studio (in odoo.sh) does not appear when printed, but does appear in studio report designer
The fonts in studio look fine. I am using the default font. Fonts rendered in wkhtmltopdf are times new roman.
I suspect the wkhtmltopdf does not seem to be able to access items on the local machine where the clients can.
