i am working with odoo 11 on windows platform. how can i direct print product barcode through barcode label printer?

Are you still on the 11th version? If you upgraded to 12 or 13, you can print needed labels from Odoo directly to a label printer with this module: \https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/printnode_base/
If you use barcode scanners, you can print labels right from them via the Ventor App, even in Odoo 11.
