Hello,

In the accounting application, we connect online to our CIC bank by following the steps mentioned. At some point there is a security code requested by the CIC that is received by telephone and manually entered.

We noticed that the automatic synchronization of the bank is not done as planned. We have on Odoo this error message :

 

OdooBot

Third Party Provider Error
Your credentials to connect to your banking institution are invalid, please click on the "Update credentials" button.
The reference of your error is 0bda16d10763ebee. Please mention it when contacting Odoo support.

Can you help me please.?

Hi Soumaya,

You really have to submit this to Odoo SA themself and not here  (at https://www.odoo.com/help). It is an issue in the software connector between Odoo SA and Ponto. They have to make a change to solve it for you. That being said the last days they've fixed quite a few of these so perhaps it is already solved :)
