So I recently moved my database from version 16 and updated it to version 17, after that i uninstalled version 16 and then installed version 17 and I was able to restore the database.
But now that I am on Odoo v17, when i click the backup button on database manager nothing is happening, It is just not responding. Can anyone help?

Hi,
Could you restart the service and ensure the odoo is configured properly ?

Do below checks:
* No errors in log or console
* system is configured well
* try different browser
* monitor odoo log
