i want to know how to install backend theme in odoo 10 . I have purchased theme "OdooShoppe Backend Theme" and didn't find any option in odoo backend to upload theme

Once you copy it to the right folder just make sure you refresh apps so you see the new module. Getting the new backednd theme going should be as easy as clicking install then.
Themes are modules. Install them just as any other module.

Please note that in developper mode, the Applications Store is available, hence one can install modul directly from it.
