Back date inventory

Question

Hi,
what is the best way to record back-dated inventory for a distribution type of company. Eg: They have a truck going around to different cities to sell products. Products were sold but not recorded until the truck reached to head office. They created sales order (can be back-dated) but delivery order/inventory valuation only show the date when the transaction was done.
Anyway to show back-dated delivery order and inventory valuation? your suggestions would be really appreciated.

Hello,
Back dated entry is possible, i.e. you could create Delivery Order or Sales Order for past date to be able to show those activities where done in past, but stock transactions would always be done on current date when you confirm it.(and it's real time). I guess there is no way and may be it's not realistic.
