After many tries, I've realized that with Duplicating or Copying a Project, it doesn't create a new unique stage with the same name from the template, but it uses the same Stage as the Template which is really odd.
If I want to make an automated action to create fixed staging and tasks whenever a Project is created, how do I set it up with automation?
When creating a Service Product, we have the choice of selecting a project template. If you are choosing the template and confirming a sales order for that product, a new project with the project templates stages and tasks is created in the project module.

Please use this module to configure default stages based on the project. while creating the new project all the configured stages will automatically come on the project task pipeline.

Thanks Manas Pauly c, I've tried out the way you suggested and it seems to work but unfortunately it didn't.
We need project for more than just recording services, and even though, when it creates a new project based on an existing template, but it also it's still sharing the same Analytic Account as the template, which is just not how it should be when we need a unique analytic account for each project.
I don't know why odoo setup this way but the odoo developer who made the project module was either deliberate or or narrow minded about the versatility of workflows.
