Is there any way to automatically import addos for example repository github from the Odoo GUI (web server)?

I enter debug mode ( http://localhost:8069/web?debug=1 ) but there is no option to import modules, I am in odoo 16 from docker.

You can import the Module from the Odoo Ui
Enable Debug Mode > Go to Apps > Import Module
