I'm trying to set up an Appointments Schedule, but unless I'm missing something it seems like a whole lot of work.

Like I'm supposed to set up every possible time slot for every possible day?

Do I have to enter manually the schedule for every single day, even if it's going to be the same every day?

Do I have to enter all time manually? I'd be ok with just allowing the user to pick any time within the shop's opening hours...

Not sure if I'm missing something or what tbh.

Hi,

You don’t need to manually enter time slots for every single day if the schedule repeats — you can set weekly recurring availability (e.g., Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), and Odoo will apply that pattern automatically across future dates. Unfortunately, Odoo does not allow dynamic time picking within a range (like Google Calendar-style free-form selection) — customers can only choose from predefined slots. To reduce setup time, configure your general weekly availability, set appointment durations, and let Odoo generate the slots.

For more details, please refer to the following links:

Hope it helps.

I don't understand, you say I don't have to set it manually for every day of the week, and from the screenshot it appears you did set it manually for every day of the week...
