How do I assign a Manager to employee in a multi country setup?
For example the manager is employee of Company in US and the employee is listed under Company under Australia in a multi company setup.

I guess,
A domain will be there for that manager field 'parent_id' inside hr.employee.
Override that field and remove domain.
