Start:

Did set for every incoming mail account:

(general settings -> outgoing & incoming mail server)

Dit set: Actions to Perform on Incoming Mails

Create a New Record -> Lead/Opportunity


Settings:

Created salesperson Mike (with e-mail adres; mike@company.com)

Created salesteam Mike (salesperson Mike is teammember of this team) team email alias; mike@company.com


Testing:

From an external email account (customer@gmail.com) I'm sending an e-mail to: mike@company.com

Recieving the e-mail and its creating a lead works perfectly,

Lead is assigned to sales team Mike automaticly, Perfect!

BUT

it isn't assigned to salesperson Mike... That field is still blanc/empty.

In this case when another user filters "Unassigned leads", it sees all e-mail/leads of all odoo users unassigned to salesperson.

That's a problem.. We want that leads/e-mail that ar sent to a specific email (in this case to mike@company.com) are only visible for that person.


The question;

Is is possible to assign the lead/incoming e-mail (this example; mike@company.com) assign to user/salesperson mike@company automaticly?

That would resolve the problem I think, or even when fixing this, is it still possible to see all e-mail of all users in another way?

I'm Odoo 8.0! (is that a problem, would 9 handle/fix this better?)
