We are running the cloud-based version of Odoo 14 Enterprise. The two options of OnSIP and Axivox don't work for our company due to a multitude of incompatabilities.

Are there any other cloud-based PBX providers that can also be integrated with Odoo? It is my understanding that following the tutorial for Asterisk (https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/applications/general/voip/asterisk.html) is only for on-premises installations of Odoo.

"due to a multitude of incompatibilities" - is this feedback you'd like to share, in case it is relevant to other Users (ie: does Odoo need to consider them for the product) or are they only relevant to your situation?

@Ray Carnes (Ray) Sure! For Canadian companies that are using the Cloud version of Odoo, there are limitations. OnSIP, for example, requires you to have a US Bank Account and US Credit card. Axivox doesn't have that limitation, and the technology is actually pretty good - the drawback, however, it that it charges you per minute.

So, for Canadian companies that are looking for a flat-rate VoIP phone solution, that is 100% hosted in the cloud, they'll have to jump through several hoops.

Hi!

OdooPBX is the most complete integration of Odoo & telephony. OdooPBX is based on Asterisk PBX. So in order to benefit from it you must have Asterisk installed somewhere (in your office or in the cloud).

For the benefit of our customers we offer a hosted Asterisk service. See https://odoopbx.com/support for details.

Search for Asterisk on the Odoo apps market and check out Odooist's apps.

@Max - What features do you offer? Is there a graphical dashboard that we can access?

Asterisk Base module gives a management interface for Asterisk (including WEB console) - https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/asterisk_base/

So we offer a plain Asterisk that runs under our supervision & monitoring.
