Hi Folk

Hoping someone can shed some light here. I am trying to setup Odoo 9 so that our Catering company can buy in good from suppliers via Vendor Bills and then use those good by different Cost Centres. I have thought that Analytical Accounts would work for this. However I cannot find how to finalise this setup. And here is why.

The company will buy usual stock quantities in advance to keep minimum levels, not per cost and profit centre, just bulk orders. Then when an order comes in from one of the Cost / Profit Centres they will use a portion of that stock for that order. The sales order and invoice to the customer can contain that analytical account but I am not seeing how in this model I can see the value of stock consumed by the cost and profit centres

I.e. The company buys 50KG's of Lettuce and 50KG's of Tomatoes. I have a BOM for salad which contains 250grams of each

Analytical account 1 now sells 10 salads - using 2.5KG's of each and Analytical account 2 does the same

The orders are manufactured and the initial Sales Orders are confirmed and become invoices with the same analytical accounts

How do I now see that analytical account 1 used 2.5KGs of lettuce and tomatoes this month / week? I don't see analytical accounts on manufacturing orders

I can see how much salad they sold but not the products with the BOM

Would appreciate some help

Thanks
